Why Choose an EPP Foam Pickleball Paddle

The EPP (expanded polypropylene) foam core is lighter and more resilient than traditional honeycomb, returning energy on every hit for a lively, consistent response across the whole face. Players enjoy a bigger sweet spot and a dampened, arm-friendly feel.

Key Features

1. High-Rebound Foam Core — Expanded polypropylene delivers lively pop and a larger, more forgiving sweet spot.
2. Raw Carbon Fiber Face — Textured T700 carbon surface adds spin and touch for dinks, drives, and resets.
3. Thermoformed Unibody — Hot-molding fuses face and core into one rigid structure for power, stability, and durability.
4. USA Pickleball standards support — Joying can manufacture paddles to the applicable equipment standards and support sample testing for submission under your brand. Approval of the final branded model is determined by USA Pickleball.
5. Full OEM/ODM Customization — Your logo, colors, and packaging. Low MOQ supports new and growing pickleball brands.
